COMMENT FONCTIONNE LE PROCESSUS DE CONCEPTION
1 - DÉCOUVREZ VOTRE TAILLE DE BAGUE et assurez-vous que je peux la réaliser à votre taille - si vous ne connaissez pas votre taille, il est préférable de commander d'abord un baguier (voir ci-dessous) ou de vous rendre chez un bijoutier pour obtenir votre taille correcte. Je peux généralement modifier la plupart des bagues pour une somme modique, mais cela vaut la peine de bien faire les choses du premier coup pour éviter des frais supplémentaires ou de vous retrouver avec une bague personnalisée que vous ne pouvez pas porter. (Par exemple, si vous le commandez dans une taille M britannique et qu'il s'avère que vous avez besoin d'une taille Z, alors désolé, je ne peux pas faire de magie !)
2 - AJOUTEZ UNE DESCRIPTION DE GRAVURE sur le champ de personnalisation de votre commande et assurez-vous de payer avec une adresse e-mail afin que je puisse vous contacter au sujet de votre conception. N'hésitez pas à m'envoyer d'abord un e-mail pour toute question.
3 – VOUS VOULEZ UNE MAQUETTE ? Je peux vous envoyer un brouillon de maquette à l’écran pour approbation. Veuillez noter que l'illustration NE SERA PAS À L'ÉCHELLE - l'anneau mesure 1 cm de diamètre, votre œuvre peut remplir tout un écran, vous devez donc vous préparer à ce qu'elle soit beaucoup plus petite en réalité. Une maquette physique gravée sur mesure n'est pas possible - votre pièce sera entièrement sur mesure en fonction de votre œuvre d'art et ne pourra être ni annulée ni remboursée.
4 - Je fabriquerai, graverai et finirai votre bague sur mesure dans un jour ou deux.

Le visage de l'anneau mesure environ 9 mm x 10 mm de diamètre, l'anneau se rétrécit jusqu'à 3,3 mm d'épaisseur à l'arrière, les anneaux pèsent environ 6 g chacun.
La gravure peut être réalisée à l'intérieur du cadran de la bague sur demande.

Our rings are crafted to standard UK ring sizes right here in the UK. To help you find the perfect fit, we provide equivalent EU and US sizes. If you need a half size, simply contact us when placing your order, and we'll happily accommodate your request.
If you're buying as a gift we STRONGLY advise you find out the recipients size to avoid disappointment in the event we cannot resize your ring. It's easier for us to size rings up a little than down, and rings that are engraved both inside AND outside are near impossible to resize. We sell a ring Multi-sizer here which is worth the investment to get it right first time.

Your jewellery will be made and dispatched within 1-2 working days (excluding custom pieces requiring proof approval). All orders are fully tracked.
UK delivery options: Tracked 48, Tracked 24, and Special Delivery. For express delivery, select Express Delivery (1-2 days) or Express Next Day (same-day dispatch, order by 11am Monday - Friday).
International orders: Royal Mail International Tracked, or you can choose DHL for a faster service (cost calculated at checkout)

Please note that most rings feature engraving and therefore cannot be returned. If you're unsure whether a ring will be right for you, consider ordering it without engraving first so it remains returnable. If you're not completely happy, return your unworn item within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping). Our silver jewellery is made with 925 sterling silver, which is solid and not plated base metals like a lot of cheaper brands. Our gold items are created using solid 9ct yellow or solid rose gold. All our precious metal jewellery is hallmarked in the UK following the UK Assay Office requirements.

Our rings are crafted to standard UK sizes, with EU and US size conversions provided for your convenience. Because most of our rings are custom engraved, ensuring the correct size before ordering is essential.
While we offer resizing for a small fee, please be aware that sizing rings down is more complex than sizing up, and adjustments of more than 1-2 sizes, and resizing will incur additional costs. We understand the desire for a surprise gift, but an ill-fitting ring can lead to disappointment, especially as engraved rings cannot be returned.
Measuring using string and tape is never very accurate, neither are print-at-home ring size charts. To help you find the perfect fit, we recommend confirming your ring size before purchasing. If visiting a jeweller isn't an option, we offer an affordable multi-sizer, available here.

If your piece doesn't require a custom design that needs a proof, we usually size, engrave and finish rings within 1 working day.
Custom design lead times are dependent on how quick you are to respond to proofs, and how many edits are needed on your design.
Delivery depends on the shipping option you choose and your location.

Our silver rings are made from high-quality 925 sterling silver. Due to silver's natural softness, rings can be more susceptible to dents and tarnishing from daily wear compared to other jewellery such as steel or high carats of gold. If you're concerned about dents affecting the design, a matte finish offers a more practical option, as it tends to conceal minor imperfections better than a polished finish.
Your rings will stay beautiful for longer with a little gentle care. Avoid exposing them to harsh chemicals, such as those in swimming pools and abrasive cleaners. In hot weather, be mindful of perspiration and sunscreen, which can easily cause rapid tarnishing.
Matte finished rings can tarnish more easily in summer than polished ones, it's not a quality problem, but depends on how they're cared for. Removing your rings before swimming or applying sunscreen will help preserve their lustre. An anti-tarnish Rhodium Plating service is available for those who experience silver tarnishing.
