Personalised rings are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days & we offer a choice of shipping services to suit you. All jewellery orders are sent fully tracked.
UK delivery options: Tracked 48, Tracked 24, and Special Delivery. Express delivery is available for non-custom pieces, order by 11am for same day despatch.
International orders: Royal Mail International Tracked as standard, with DHL Express delivery available, costs are quoted direct from DHL based on your location.

With a little care, your silver ring will look beautiful for decades — and regular wearing actually helps keep it at its best.
- Keep it clean and chemical-free — remove your ring before swimming, applying perfume or sunscreen, and household cleaning. A quick rinse and dry after wearing goes a long way.
- Store it well — keep it in the gift box it came in, or an airtight container. Silver tarnishes faster when exposed to air and moisture.
- Polish occasionally — a soft cloth is all you need for everyday shine. For a deeper clean, mild soap and warm water works perfectly.
If your ring does tarnish, that's completely normal — it's a sign it's real silver, not a flaw. A gentle polish will restore it in minutes. We also offer a rhodium plating service for anyone who wants extra tarnish resistance — just get in touch for current pricing.
Matte finished rings may show tarnish a little more readily in summer months, particularly with sunscreen or perspiration. Simply remove before applying and it won't be an issue.

Most of our rings are custom engraved and made to order, so they can't be returned — but we're not the kind of business that leaves you stuck.
If your unworn, unengraved ring isn't right, return it within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping).
Need a different size? We can resize many rings for a small fee — it's generally easier to go up than down, and rings engraved both inside and outside are very difficult to resize. Please take sizing seriously before ordering — we provide a ring sizer and clear instructions, and we cannot accept responsibility for rings ordered in the wrong size.
Similarly, silver jewellery needs a little care — particularly on holiday where sunscreen, salt water and perspiration can tarnish a ring very quickly. A tarnished or damaged ring isn't a manufacturing fault, and we're unable to accept returns on this basis. Our jewellery care guide above explains how to keep your ring looking its best.
If something is genuinely wrong on our end — a mistake with the engraving, a manufacturing issue — we will always put it right. We've been doing this since 1998 and our reputation matters to us.

I'm Stevie, and I've been part of Scarlett Jewellery since 2008 — long enough to know that the pieces people treasure most are the ones made specifically for them.

Our silver jewellery is made with 925 sterling silver, which is solid and not plated base metals like a lot of cheaper brands. Our gold items are created using solid 9ct yellow or solid rose gold. All our precious metal jewellery is hallmarked in the UK following the UK Assay Office requirements.

If your piece doesn't require a custom design that needs a proof, we usually size, engrave and finish rings within 1 working day.
Custom design lead times are dependent on how quick you are to respond to proofs, and how many edits are needed on your design.
