Most orders ship within 1-2 business days with full tracking, with the exception of custom pieces that require a proof.

UK customers can choose Tracked 48, Tracked 24, or Special Delivery. For the quickest delivery, select Express (Special Delivery) or Express Next Day (same-day dispatch).

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL (see checkout for DHL quote)

Our bangles are made in 3 sizes:

• Small: 60mm inside diameter
• Standard: 65mm inside diameter
• Large: 70mm inside diameter

Bangles are not adjustable, and most people fit a 65mm standard size.

How to Measure - DO NOT measure around your wrist - this won't give you the right size, instead, measure your hand:

1. Tuck your thumb into your palm
2. Measure the widest part of your hand (usually across the knuckles)
3. Add 5-10mm for comfortable fit

Or use this quick guide:

• Hand width under 55mm = Small (60mm)
• Hand width 55-60mm = Standard (65mm)
• Hand width over 60mm = Large (70mm)

When in doubt, choose Standard (65mm) - it fits most people comfortably.

We want you to love your jewellery, however if you're not completely happy, return your unworn item within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping). If a bangle isn't the right size we can exchange it for a smaller or larger size, in some cases additional charges may apply if we need to remove a personalised item to put on the new bangle size. Please note that personalised, engraved and custom made pieces cannot be returned, though we can resize some rings and are happy to offer a change of chain length if it's not quite right for you. Remember, tarnish is natural, and regular wear can actually help keep it at bay, but proper storage and avoiding chemicals are essential for maintaining your silver's beauty.
