Most of our silver chains come in lengths from 16 inches (short) to 26 inches (long). To help you choose the right size, we provide measurements in both inches and centimetres. Please note that while engraved jewellery is non-returnable, chain sizes can be exchanged. However, exchanges from outside the UK may be more complex and take longer.

Your jewellery will be made and dispatched within 1–2 working days (excluding custom pieces requiring proof approval), and we offer a choice of shipping services to suit you. All jewellery orders are sent fully tracked.

UK delivery options: Tracked 48, Tracked 24, and Special Delivery. Express delivery is available for non-custom pieces, order by 11am for same day despatch.

International orders: Royal Mail International Tracked as standard, with DHL Express delivery available, costs are quoted direct from DHL based on your location.

Silver jewellery needs a little care to keep its shine. To prevent tarnishing, avoid contact with harsh chemicals like bleach, chlorine, perfumes, and lotions, and remove your pieces before swimming, showering, or exercising. Store silver in a dry place, ideally in an air-tight container, and gently polish it regularly with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and water or a specialised silver cleaner. Remember, tarnish is natural, and regular wear can actually help keep it at bay, but proper storage and avoiding chemicals are essential for maintaining your silver's beauty.
