Most of our silver chains come in lengths from 16 inches (short) to 26 inches (long). To help you choose the right size, we provide measurements in both inches and centimetres. Please note that while engraved jewellery is non-returnable, chain sizes can be exchanged. However, exchanges from outside the UK may be more complex and take longer.

Your jewellery will be made and dispatched within 1–2 working days (excluding custom pieces requiring proof approval), and we offer a choice of shipping services to suit you. All jewellery orders are sent fully tracked.
UK delivery options: Tracked 48, Tracked 24, and Special Delivery. Express delivery is available for non-custom pieces, order by 11am for same day despatch.
International orders: Royal Mail International Tracked as standard, with DHL Express delivery available, costs are quoted direct from DHL based on your location.

What are your necklaces made from?
Our silver necklaces are made with 925 sterling silver. Our solid gold items are crafted using solid 9ct yellow or 9ct rose gold.
Our gold plated pieces are gold plated in our workshop to order using sterling silver as a base and 18ct yellow or rose gold plate. All our precious metal jewellery is hallmarked in the UK, following the UK Assay Office requirements.
Our steel products are made with 316L steel and finished with a black powder coating.

The most popular chain length for women is 18-20", and for men it's 22-24" but it depends on the person, how large or small their neck is and how long they want to wear. it. We can happily exchange chain lengths if it's not right for you.

Enjoy free shipping to the UK and most of the world! Unfortunately, due to increased costs from IOSS, GSPR, recycling tariffs, and post-Brexit VAT, we've had to add shipping charges for EU orders. We appreciate your understanding!

We can do all sorts of symbols & fonts from around the world - on our list we have (but are not limited to...). bicycles, sea lions, whales, globes, compasses, flowers, hearts, stars, concentric stars, ampersands, @, hashtags, arrows... got an idea? Get in touch. We can even engrave in different languages and have already done Greek, Arabic & Hebrew to name a few.
