What's with being closed for Chelsea?
I'm away the week of 23rd - 27th May at Chelsea Flower Show exhibiting our range from Scarlett Jewellery.
What does that mean for my orders?
Unfortunately this means I'm not around every day to do engraving and make specific ring sizes. Some of my team will be at the workshop every other day to engrave simple pieces like some charms, Saint Christopher's and Signet Rings, but during this time I won't be able to offer express delivery, I hope you understand.
When will you be back?
I'm returning on 30th May to catch up with any orders placed, but there is a late bank holiday that week on 2nd & 3rd June for the Queens Platinum Jubilee, so I won't be switching express delivery until after the bank holiday to avoid any delays.
What if I have something to return, resize or exchange?
If you're returning something that's not been engraved for a refund or exchange it would be helpful to not mail it to me before 27th May so I can be sure to receive it between Chelsea closing and the bank holiday. If it's something engraved and you need a different chain length, again please avoid sending it back to me before this date.
If it's something that's not quite right and you have a query please email me personally on email@example.com and I'll get back to you ASAP as I will be monitoring all my emails whilst working at the show.
