Christmas Returns & Exchanges
We will be closed during the Christmas period from 23rd December - 3rd January 2022 so if you need to return items we politely request you don't send them back until 2nd January at the earliest as we will not be here to deal with returns until after this date.
We offer extended returns over the Christmas period for those who need to return their gifts for something else, a larger size or it's simply becuase not what they hoped for.
Any returns need to be sent back to us with the original paperwork by 15th January 2022 - this applies to orders placed during November & December 2019 as Christmas gifts. Exceptions do apply for refunds and these are:
- Earrings - for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings. If they are faulty or become damaged we can offer a free repair under our guarantee
- Engraved items - these are personalised for you and are not returnable
- Bespoke or made to order items such as bespoke charms, pieces that have been made for you and are not available on our website, or pieces that have been made in gold or gold plated at your request.
