Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return items we politely request you don't send them back until 6th January at the earliest as we will not be here to deal with returns until after this date.
We offer extended returns over the Christmas period for those who need to return their gifts for something else, a larger size or it's simply because not what they hoped for.
I need a different chain length.
We are happy to exchange chains for a longer/shorter chain, just send the chain back to us at: Scarlett, Unit 2g Stockwell Lodge Studios, Rear of 129-133 Conway Street, Hove, BN3 3LW
Include a note inside with the chain length you'd like and return address and we'll organise that after we return on 6th January.
I bought a ring for someone as a gift and it doesn't fit
Quite often we can resize rings for a nominal charge, but it depends if they are engraved inside and outside or not, what type of ring they are and how much they need to be adjusted by. Signet rings can often easily be resized, charges are between £15 and £25 typically depending on how much up or down they need to be resized. Band rings that are engraved inside and outside can be more tricky. It's best to reach out to us via email with details of the resize that's needed and what sort of ring it is and we'll let you know what we can do.
There's a problem with my order
In the unlikely even that we've made a mistake with your order, please accept our apologies. As a tiny business we are very busy in December and mistakes sometimes (but very rarely) happen in the craziness of it all. Rest assured we will do all we can to rectify any errors and mistakes at our cost. Just drop us an email with the details, and we'll do our best to help. We're only human, so please be kind. We appreciate your understanding.
If you've ordered something as a gift that doesn't fit or is the wrong size, we may be able to resize or alter it for you. Again drop us an email with the full details and we'll let you know what can be done.
I bought something as a gift and they don't like it
It's ok, it happens and we won't take offence! We'd be happy to take it back for an exchange or refund with a few exceptions as below. Just drop us an email with the details, or send it back to us at Scarlett, Unit 2g Stockwell Lodge Studios, Rear of 129-133 Conway Street, Hove, BN3 3LW with the order details inside and a note to say if you would like a refund or exchange.
Any returns need to be sent back to us with the original paperwork by 15th January 2024 - this applies to orders placed during November & December 2024 as Christmas gifts.
