May Bank Holiday Closure Information

We wanted to let you know that Scarlett Jewellery will be partially closed from 24th May 2024 until 2nd June 2024. Our director and designer, Stevie, is taking a short, well-deserved break during the May half-term to recharge and spend quality time with family.

However, we understand the importance of your orders and will have staff on site to ship any urgent orders on Wednesday, 29th May, and Thursday, 30th May. During these two days, Jess and Genea will be working diligently to process and ship standard personalised pieces, prioritising the oldest orders first. Please note that custom designs such as street maps, custom necklaces, signet rings, and any gold-plated pieces will not be processed during this period.

Any orders not completed during these two days will be made and shipped as a matter of urgency upon Stevie's return after 2nd June.
