Please note that if the necklace is engraved, it is not returnable, so be sure to double-check your engraving message before submitting your order - a font guide is in the images to help choose the right one for you. However, with our free engraving service, you can add a personal touch to this already stunning piece of jewellery.
If you're unsure if your own chain will fit through this pendant do get in touch first - the pendant bale measures just under 3mm inside so will need quite small chain ends to fit.

Most of our silver chains come in lengths from 16 inches (short) to 26 inches (long). To help you choose the right size, we provide measurements in both inches and centimetres. Please note that while engraved jewellery is non-returnable, chain sizes can be exchanged. However, exchanges from outside the UK may be more complex and take longer.

Your jewellery will be made and dispatched within 1-2 working days (excluding custom pieces requiring proof approval). All jewellery orders are sent fully tracked.
UK delivery options: Tracked 48, Tracked 24, and Special Delivery. For express delivery, select Express Delivery (1-2 days) or Express Next Day (same-day dispatch, order by 11am Monday - Friday).
International orders: Royal Mail International Tracked, or you can choose DHL for a faster service (cost calculated at checkout)

What are your necklaces made from?
Our silver necklaces are made with 925 sterling silver. Our solid gold items are crafted using solid 9ct yellow or 9ct rose gold.
Our gold plated pieces are gold plated in our workshop to order using sterling silver as a base and 18ct yellow or rose gold plate. All our precious metal jewellery is hallmarked in the UK, following the UK Assay Office requirements.
Our steel products are made with 316L steel and finished with a black powder coating.

The most popular chain length for women is 18-20", and for men it's 22-24" but it depends on the person, how large or small their neck is and how long they want to wear. it. We can happily exchange chain lengths if it's not right for you.
