Our response when we see our Charm Rings on Alibaba for £2.22

It's February 2026 and we're still fighting the constant battle to remove negative reviews and stop complaints meant for similarly named (but terrible service AI fronted company) Scarlett Jewels (see our original blog post last year here.) and the new year brings another new scammer challenge!  We found our Sweetheart Charm Rings were apparently for sale by an unscrupulous Alibaba seller for a meagre £2.22.

Our images stolen, our designs pinched, we did what many other small businesses who are finding their hard work and creativity nicked by scam companies looking to make a quick buck ripping people off and send a cease and desist.  Thankfully in this case it worked and the pieces were taken down - however there are a few awful companies still claiming to sell them who aren't responding to the legal requests (shock horror!) so if you see our much loved hard work for sale at bargain bucket prices please don't fall for it.  You won't be getting what you think you've paid for.

We do not supply Ainsley Blake...and much like Scarlett Jewels their trustpilot reviews are stinking awful.  They are ignoring our requests to take our images down. If you fancy giving them some grief on our behalf please do!

And also please be assured we do NOT buy these pieces in from China!  To prove it here's a short video we made for TikTok and our socials showing just part of what goes into every piece.

STOP THE PRESS!  Stevie will be appearing on the ITV tonight show discussing the effects that the Scarlett Jewels scam has had on the business on Thursday 26th Feburary 2026.  Watch this space for updates!
